Shipping was supposed to notify me 30 minutes before arrival , never did. I scheduled a delivery day and was told between 12 and 5. Missed half day of work for delivery and arrived after dark, was never notified of delivery and 500lb pallet was dropped on side of road in the dark and just left there. Will not recommend any company that would allow this to happen. And yes, United is who I bought from so they are responsible for such mistreatment of a paying customer. Never again
