Figuring out which track I needed by the model number was easy and so was ordering on the website. They say 2-3 day shipping which means they'll get it on a truck in 2 or 3 days. That was a little misleading because it took about 7 business days total for the track to arrive which isn't the end of the world considering it was cheaper than getting it from Bobcat. It took 2-3 days to get tracking info but I never got or at least saw an expected delivery date. It just showed up when it got here. The track looks as good as I could imagine a track to be so only time will tell about the quality. It came nicely strapped to a pallet which was easy to unload and move around. My only issue and yes its minor is that I spent a lot of time checking tracking each day wondering if its location had changed and wondering when it would actually get here so I could plan my work around getting the machine back operational.
