opeless, no one was available to advise me, after 4 months I was made redundant, contact was made by the “duty” officer. All too late. Ended up having to pay a solicitor to conclude. This whole experience has cost over £800 and added to my anxiety and depression. After completing I have received a letter stating that they have done nothing wrong,no apology nothing!! I have now cancelled my membership after 18 years!! Shame on you unite the union West Midlands!! Everyone avoid
