Called the union and explained but since I was out of work and had a case filed in work tribunal, they couldn't represent. Which I agreed. The person I spoke to advised I could join the union and pay £3.03 per month as unemployed status. This will cover only access to legal services but Not representation. So I did. Fast forward. I have been calling to get that legal services. The first phone call I spoke to a personell. Instantly they downplayed my tribunal claim. Making their conclusion and telling me my employer can look up for others claims I had made prior and ise it against me. Again, I am fighting a Giant company and need to be careful as I might have no chance. How this was a concern or threat, I cannot tell. As an advisor for an work union, that was way out of proffetionalism. Second time I called, the person I spoke to lamented again, that the Big Giant company will slap me with legal fee both on my side and the company. How this companies treat the employees who want to be good workers,, go on duty, do their job and get mistreated unfairly after, then the Union which is suppose to advise and act as mediate start taking side of the Giants,, beats the logic. How this union claim to represent workers interests is a big sham. They just want poor and misfortune people who have been treated unfairy by the so they call Big Companies to pay them without any consideration and care at all. Ps/ make an option of 0*
