I've been using universal tyres for some years now originally starting with their Hornchurch branch for my replacement motor cycle tyres,then that branch closed and the operation moved to Thurrock Essex which really didn't cause any problems in fact that branch was better suited parking was easier and approx the same distance, I did recognise some of the staff from Hornchurch and have always found the staff to be more than helpful whether on the phone or in person when enquiring about replacement tyres offering me sound advice ordering those tyres if not in stock pretty much arriving the following day and phoning me to tell me they had arrived,ive found the prices very competitive and have never experienced any problems with any of the tyres I have had fitted given the many thousand of miles I've completed Ron from Rainham with the red FZR 600
