The service at the Greenwich branch of Universal is second to none. I have been going to Universal for my tyres for years, but recently they have really gone over and above the call of duty to deliver a truly superior customer service. Not only did Stuart check my Saab's tyre pressures for free, but he also topped up the oil as well as the washer fluid. Stuart also checked the coolant, brake fluid and anti-freeze - and would not accept any payment for the oil or even a tip. Many companies pay lip service to the idea 'that the customer is king' - but not many companies actually carry this out in practice. Universal at Greenwich is basically king at making the customer feel king and I could not recommend them more highly. I have already spread the word to family and friends and they too have been amazed at just how helpful the Greenwich Universal team are. It's just nice to see some good old fashioned values around true customer service for once - and this really does invite long-term loyalty.
