Had my first dealings with Universal Tyres at Selsdon Road, Croydon. I cannot praise them enough. All the staff were courteous and good humoured. Whilst waiting, I observed they clearly have the customer at heart at all times. It was interesting also watching how the manager communicated with his staff, friendly and never dictatorial always getting the best out of them. Apart from supplying and fitting 4 tyres for me, in accordance of the requests of my recent MOT, they carried out the fitting of bulbs and brake lines which were all carried out with great care and speed. I would highly recommend this branch and certainly would not go anywhere else in the future.
