Went to universal tyres on blackwall lane in Greenwich after being sold a faulty tyre elsewhere. On arriving I was instantly greeted by helpful and enthusiastic gentleman, who endeavoured to help, showed me and outline what was wrong with the tyre I was sold. A went to find a replacement however one was not in stock and they ordered one to arrive the following day, noticing returning would be difficult due to work commitments, the staff offered to come to my home address to fit the tyre, this generous and helpful offer surprised me to say the least. Your team arrived the following day and fitted the tyre outside my house, the gentleman who came was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. I would like to express my thanks to everyone at universal tyre and have also convinced me to never by from a second hand tyre place again! But the professionalism I encountered was a first class service and I'm still very impressed and greatful! They are all a real credit to your company! thank you!!
