Been coming to Universal Tires now for about 6 months. Started when I brought a Truck with 22" rims and no one had a tyre machine big enough to change the tyres except Universal. I also have two other cars which I have now also been brining here to the Colchester branch. Sadly had a few punchers to get fixed. And I have used then now about 8 times and each time they have been exceptional in the service they have given me! Two times not even charging me as they were not sure the repairs would work as there were complications with dents in the rims. But they did hold just fine. I have never had to weight long. About half and hour. They have always been very friendly and plight . And professional. And there prices have been very reasonable. About £18 for a puncher repair.
