A good day. Normally shelling out £95 on a new tyre would not count amongst one of life's most pleasant experiences; but if like to thank the staff at the branch in Grays fit making it more bearable. Jake and Paul were efficient enough with fitting and payment etc; but what came as very pleasant surprise, on returning to my car, was to find two other members of staff had just put my spare back in the boot. Nothing special there you might think, except that I had just come from B&Q and they'd had to shift 50 litres of paint in order to do it. So a big thank you to Jake and Paul. (Yes I noted their names down as well).
