After visiting kwik fit for a puncture repair I was told after 2 hours waiting that the puncture could not be repaired and I also needed another tyre, I asked for a price which another 30 minutes and still waiting withstill no quote I asked them to return my keys and left. I phoned Rob and he said he could look at my tyres and luckerly could do it right away. The service I received from Rob and his staff was first class. They explained what was wrong and even showed me the tyre. I had 2 new tyres fitted in less than 30 minutes. Great service and very courteous even had a free cup of tea while I waited. I will defiantly use universal when ever I need tyres in the future.
