If I could give them 6 stars I would! I brought in my car for a full service and change of tyres as I bought it used. Within 5 minutes the very helpful people of Universal Tyres advised me that my tires still had about 7000 miles left in them and that it was not worth it to get new tyres. They then mentioned that if there were any issues with the car and some extra costs were required, they would call me. They called about 1.5 hours later to advise me that from the initial checkup, the car looked very good and that they did not think a full service was required and that the car still had about 7000 miles left until the service. So the next logical question from me was how much I owed them for the initial work and time. They replied that I was being silly and that there was no cost and to pick up the car whenever I could. Such noble and uninterested action has really made me trust them and their advise. Rest assured that I will go to them for my future car related needs! Thank you very much!
