Had my bike tyre replaced at the Greenwich branch, was very happy with the service and the price. They were cheery, friendly, helpful - not just to the customers but to also to a couple of people who just wanted some free advice about their cars. One bloke came in asking for directions, so they called up Google street view for him on their computer.
