I visited the Greenwich branch on Saturday 17th December my car has over heated and I took a detour from the blackwall tunnel thank god I did. Originally going in there to get some water for the radiator the guys came and had a look for me.. they got it up on the ramp and see where the water was leaking from.. There was no way I could drive it, They let me sit in the warm and offered me a hot drink and the man John was so helpful and put me at ease as I was feeling anxious, they didn't have to do this as they wasn't going to receive any business from me yet they were all so kind, looking up the AA for me and even ringing up for me. I would highly recommend this company. I got home back to Kent safely all thanks to these guys at universal tyres. Thank you once again. :-)
