Took my car in today for an MOT. Unfortunately it had a couple of problems but the guys called around and got the parts I needed, at a great price. When it was ready which was later that day, I didn't have anyone to take me so they came and picked me up. I have used Universal since moving to Colchester 6 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. I find everyone to be friendly, helpful and I trust them implicitly. Thanks guys, your help is greatly appreciated.
