I had a slow puncture and so visited the Croydon branch on Monday (24th July) morning. An older employee started to tell me that I would probably need a new tyre (I felt like he saw a woman on her own and thought maybe we can get a new tyre out of her!!). Fortunately, after a short wait, Reece came and ushered me into a bay and set to work checking my tyre. Such a lovely young man, so friendly and polite. He checked my tyre, found a small puncture in the tread and set about repairing it. He then took me to the office where another very lovely man sorted out the billing. Have used this centre before and will use them next time too.
