I always used Chelmsford when Andy was there however since it has been re-vamped and the new Manager, Rob, has been in situ I have used this once and found him so arrogant and really quite rude that I now take my business to Graeme and his team at Rettendon. I am a middle aged lady who never feels uncomfortable when going to this branch. My family and I had used Chelmsford for over 40 years as my parents have their own haulage business but now we only go to Graeme and his team as they are always super friendly and welcoming NOT like the the Manager at Chelmsford. Sorry Chelmsford but Rettendon get 5 stars and lots of recommendations from me.
