He offers to return a vast amount of profits within 12 hours of depositing into this Binance account. After 12 hours, he gets in touch and tells you that the money is waiting under Universal Funding but you have to pay a fee to get your profits. He says that his fee deduction from the profits is against company policy, so the investor will have to pay the fees first then get their profits. There is also no refund policy on the deposit made to his Binance account.
