Once I bought a 5lb tub of ON Whey in choc mint and they didn't have the flavour in stock. I got a phonecall off the owner straight away (as opposed to an e-mail) telling me it was out of stock and offering me the different flavours. It was great to get a phonecall and actually be able to speak to a person as opposed to an e-mail which I may never have seen and my order may never have gotten processed. It was the personal tough which is lacking in so many companies that sell online today. The tub arrived a day later and I even got a call off the delivery guy asking me would I be around at the time of delivery. This was a plus too. Usually delivery people will either leave your package at the door or leave a note saying you have to re-arrange another delivery time. All in all I think UN Sports Nutrition provide a fast, friendly service...and the prices aren't half bad either!
