Honestly if you're looking to gain some serious size I don't think there's anything better than the 5.45kg bag of weight gainer from ON. I have previously gone from a skinny 10.3 stone to a solid 13.2 stone in less than a year. As long as you put the time in the gym and eat right the weight gain will maximize your results.
