Beyond helpful. Last week my Internet was down and I was in a panic to get protein for a friend who was a few days from flying out to Christchurch (NZ) I rang the centre and the guy who served me was outstanding. I'm gutted I don't remember his name but he went above and beyond to help me. I was awkward in the sense I could not remember my password he reset it for me took my details, rang admin to get me a free smart shaker, informed me about the points system and I had the delivery the following day. As a manager in retail Iv experienced every level of service and i can safely say that this was at the highest end. I hope he reads this and gets the recognition he deserves. Kind regards, Darren.
