I had heard good things about UnNutrition so I had a look at your website and was pleasantly surprised with the standard of your website and the variety of products. I also thought you were good value and proceeded to order a 1kg tub of Meridian Peanut Butter and made use of your €5.00 welcome offer which was appreciated.
I got a courteous call from a member of staff later that day to say that unfortunately you were out of stock but that you could send me 3 small jars (280g in each) of the same peanut butter. I said that I was unhappy that I'd be getting less than I had paid for, I ordered a 1kg tub and I would only receive a 840g of peanut butter. I suggested sending 4 280g jars but the gentleman advised it was the last 3 jars you had in stock. I agreed to the three jars instead of the 1kg but requested that something else be offered to make up the difference in weight, he kindly advised he would see what he could do. I received my package today with 3 jars of peanut butter within. I then checked the price of the 280g jars in Tesco and they charge €2.95, the total price for the three jars would therefore be €8.85, which is slightly less than the €10 I paid. To be honest, the money is irrelevant but it was just another problem with my order.
I've never really sent an email like this and as I said I'm more than happy with the website, the delivery service provided and the call from your member of staff all of which were appreciated but the customer service wasn't up to scratch.
