I have been extremely pleased with the guidance and support provided by my assessors, Vicki Roberts and Irshad Cadar, as well as the assistance from the student support team. In particular, I have worked closely with Allen and Raz, who have been very helpful. The only issue I’ve encountered is related to the policy that requires completing and submitting assessments before moving on to the next module. This policy has posed a challenge for me because I have limited options for who I can ask to assist with the role-plays, and coordinating schedules with these individuals, who are both very busy, is difficult. As a result, I have completed all of my assessments except for the role-plays. If not for this, I believe I would have finished the course by now. That said, when I have requested the opening of the next module, Allen and Raz have been very accommodating in allowing me to continue my studies by opening the module. This is the only issue I have experienced. Otherwise, I have been delighted with the service provided by Swinburne. Kath Clark
