The application process was simple and seamless. I am finding that the course itself is not what I expected, a lot of theory and not a lot of actual design. I find our trainer difficult to contact at times and feel that they don't really look at our work, often receiving generic statements (check referencing, when referencing is never noted as a requirement of the assessment itelf). I would highly suggest reconsidering the need for role-play scenarios as part of the course. While I understand the meaning behind it I have found it difficult and stressful to find other students available to do the role play. We are all online for a reason as we have different schedules, there has to be an alternative to role play.
