With the availability of tubes being an issue, it was a tad frustrating. I started calling and emailing on the 11th of January and was finally told on the 19th that no 12AU7's are available. I understand the issue I think, but following the statement on the current website that a single tube purchase could be accommodated, seemed unknown to the sales staff who told me to just order from the website which was impossible. In any event I just purchased a couple of the Mullard's recommended by Randall. Again, not a huge deal, just not the smooth transactions I have come to expect from UA. All the best, Del Bomberger
