Feels wrong to me to be asked to pay for a replacing a new in box DOA unit to 'cut down the wait time' of replacing the faulty item. Was also told to expect RA and pre paid label via email - got the RA but no pre paid label - not sure if it is your intent, but feels like I will have to pay to ship this DOA unit back to you in order to get my money back for the unit. Been a customer for some time, but have never had to go through a return issue before. Does not feel great.
