The Team has done a good job of finding an acceptable solution. I'm not warm and fuzzy concerning having to replace all the binding post ends on two 3.5-year-old Primaluna amps. I realize they are out of warranty, and I only know I've taken care of my belongings. Seems curious that all 16 binding post ends have cracked plastic.
