I think the online chat feature was meh, I love the videos on youtube and expected that type of enthusiasm but was a bit far from it. I got the Tannoy's all the same bc of the I couldn't find them anywhere else, not bc of the sales person at all. I really was excited to have the same experience of your guy on the videos, he's amazing!
