Upshift is awesome. They periodically update the app so it is better quality for the Upshifter to use and see. The online customer service support gets back to you asap the same day or soon on the next day if after hours. I caught Covid and they paused my work until I got better and it didn’t count against me. They reactivated my account before I had even had time to tell them I was better from my bout with Covid. My rating even went up shortly after I had worked my next shift. They were just happy I was back and emailed me to say it. I am a happy Upshifter since day 1 until our parting.
