I would recommend others to use upshift. Upshift provides the option to manage your schedule. The best thing about upshift is that you're not contracted with an employer and you're not obligated to return to back to a place you don't like. Upshift will remove you from the platform regardless of any situation you experience if you're not able to cancel the shift. Life happens and there are things that we don't have control over. Upshift will permanently remove you from the platform if you cannot cancel the shift within a specific time frame regardless of emergencies, illness, accidents, etc. There should be a call outline as well for others that cannot access the internet at the moment to avoid being removed from the platform. As an independent contractor, I definitely understand the purpose behind the policy. Overall, Upshift is legit and a great platform to use
