On 2 occasions I was penalized for no show no call when in fact I worked. Hard Rock Casino and TQL Stadium sites in Cincinnati, Ohio. Both assignments log in and out systems won't allow wifi access due to security access. This means that, it is up to the site manager duty to submit your hours. Resulting in me being suspended and unable to speak with a live person at Upshift to explain.
