It’s not the jobs it’s the fact that I got my car broken into then days later my U haul stuck got broken into I was hours late and left late on those days only. After spending hours on the phone with one of the supervisors about what was goin on in my life tellin her I was homeless and spending time at both jobs one with upshift. I asked her if it was ok if I was late….. because of wat was goin on. She said it was ok. The next day things was different and she didn’t know what was goin on. Then I get something from upshift that I’m fired and I didn’t inform the employer nor upshift… Upshift was a honest mistake but the job was aware. Seems the one was in charge found out that we make more and they was not happy about it. I was a full service manager while working for upshift. I wish that upshift was not quickly to fire. It’s sometimes the employer LIES……….. Some irresponsible people have power and abuse it…. Upshift can be GREATER and can communicate much better than quickly cutting u off w/o real facts…….. thank you kindly
