I have not received my parcel, specifically one of the two boxes I sent. Despite contacting customer support over 10 times, I consistently face long wait times of over 20 minutes for responses, and the representative changes every hour, forcing me to repeat my situation each time. This has resulted in more than 4 hours spent just trying to make a claim. Customer support insists that I received both packages, but the truth is I only received one. The second box, containing all my important documents, is still missing. Furthermore, I paid for insurance, yet they have refused to honor that as well. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately!!!!
