A fraudulent platform, avoid at all costs if you want to do a job with them, you as client are not protected, any newbie can claim he knows the job than if the job is not done they hold your fund that you cannot hire somebody else, you must wait 7 days for an escrow refund in your Upwork account, so if you find another freelancer that has no idea what is doing you wait another 7 and so on, for example I hired an expert in wordpress he took 2 days to put a logo in the top page and two icons, so imagine how skilled are these people they have on their platform, it is a total joke, and when I ended the contract you don't get your money back so you can hire somebody else only if the freelancer accepted, so you must hold your project for days weeks until he thinks, so you can pay and be at the freelancer hand even if he didn't done neither 10% of the work for the entire project, I shouldn't trust this platform to manage any job that I have to do in future.
