I ordered 2 items one month ago. Then called Urban Excess 10 days ago saying I have not heard anything about delivery, was then told one of the items should have been sent out a while ago the other one had a flaw and whether I wanted a refund. I was told one of the items would be send out that same day and they would inform me on the other item/ whether they could send me one that wasn’t flawed. I have not had any communication from them since and still have not received anything in the post.
