A company with a reputation like these have should not be taking money from customers for products they do not have in stock. It’s that simple. All stock is counted I assume and there are IT systems in place which modify stock numbers from sales and deliveries so how are they still making these mistakes? I am not the only person to have this Issue and for it to be blamed on an IT error as I can see from other reviews. Not only have they took my money for something they didn’t have, it took me to email them to find this out. A week later and I’m still waiting for my refund and any communication. If you want a product don’t buy from these. Just google the same product and buy elsewhere. Or risk having your money taken and you having to do the leg work to get it back. Very disappointed.
