Love the products you have to offer especially the rubs for fish and chicken. However, the shipping and shipping notifications were not good. From the time I placed my order until I was notified it had shipped was over a week. Then when it was shipped the notification didn't give any indication of which method of shipping was being used or any tracking numbers to be able to track when it would arrive. In this age of Amazon next day shipping with easy tracking, it would advantageous if you refined your shipping methods and notifications.
