WORST Company to get refund of unused, un opned items, WORST company for communication. I am very annoyed and disappointed with this company. I placed two orders of same thing and sent one back unopened via Asda (toy.co.uk) on 24/01/2020 and todays is 11/03/2020 and I am still waiting get back my £91 from this company. I called them over 100 times choose all option 1-2-3-4 no one seems to pick up the phone. I left maybe 10 voice messages with my Order No and still no one bothered to call me back. I was supposed to get my refund back in 14 days and we are well over 2 months and I am still waiting. Don't buy from these people if you plan to return item or get an exchange. Because I doubt you will get this.There items are nice and I like them but just to get a refund or exchange I would not risk buying from them. If anyone from Urban Celebrity is reading this start responding to phone calls. listen to messages left and be professional. you can't take peoples money and don't respond when all the items are sent back un opened.
