Urban Online Apparel are the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I ordered a jacket from them seven weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent them three messages about it and have had zero response. They also have an 0900 number to contact them on which is obviously very high rates.
Anyone who reads this review, please do not purchase from them! These guys are bad news folks. I am also going to report them to trading standards and I suggest that everyone else who has had a bad experience with them does the same thing!
