I'm a first time customer. I ordered a pair of shocks for my son's car, always a little hesitant to order parts online because it's a little bit of a hassle if you get the wrong parts and have to return them. I received the correct parts and I felt that the quality was as good if not better than factory parts. Very happy with the customer service, they were very helpful and courteous.
