The site isn't very Firefox friendly. This caused issues when ordering a product in 7 different colors. It would highlight the item and show you the name, but not load it properly, so it wasn't going into the cart (same result on all of my computers).
After receiving 7 of the same color, I sent two e-mails, one letting them know what happened and asking about any way to remedy/fix the order and the other stating why the issue occurred (not really something I was at fault for since I can't control how a browser functions with a site).
Instead of offering any remedy, I got a "Oh, yeah, that happens sometimes." sort of response and nothing else...
I already reordered my proper colors and have chosen to keep my mishap to gift to friends at this point. However, the lack of addressing the actual concern at the time was not good business practice. I had assumed, either way, I'd likely have to pay for the return, but they just sort of blew it off and didn't address it.
My second e-mail never indicated I didn't want to fix the issue, just that I realized what caused the issue when I went back to check what happened by trying to prepare the order of the new set.
Other than that, the site is well designed and easy to navigate.
