So at first I was highly disappointed it was my first time ordering here and I had bought the whole jessica rabbit collection,but then I had a missing lipstick and a shattered pallete that came through the mail. Nevertheless, I contacted the ciate team and they helped me out and are sending me my lipstick and a new pallete since the other one is crumbled! They helped me fast and that I appreciated! Thank you again ciate for making things right again ♡
