Five stars for the product and five stars for customer service. Recently, bought my daughter two glitter flip lipsticks and one of the applicators was messed up. I messaged customer service, and they asked for a picture. I sent them a picture, and they took care of it immediately. Sent a new glitter flip dark red to my daughter along with the highlighter. She was ecstatic!! Absolutely in love with this product!!!
