I recently ordered two of the advent nail polish calendars directly from your website (Order #66000US). I was told that any order over $35.00 USD would qualify for free shipping. Much to my surprise when I was informed that the incorrect amount of postage had been paid by your company and that I would not receive my package unless I paid an additional $16.15 for postage. My order was already well over $35 and the additional shipping amount that was required by the USPS was ridiculous due to an error from your company. Not only did I have to drive down in person to pick up the package but I had to pay the additional amount for the incorrect shipping fee. This obviously has left a very sour taste for your brand. I expect the refund to be made within a timely manner and an apology to be made. This is improper business tactics and you will not continue to grow as a company in the US if you continue to falsely advertise shipping fees. I know for one, I will not be shopping at Ciate again unless the refund and additional items are offered to me for the inconvenience of wanting to try your brand.
