I believe the brand is an excellent brand. The prices aren't bad at all. And I love that the shipping is fast. The only thing I don't like is when you order something and if you don't like the color for instance foundation because it doesn't match you, you can't return it like you can at Sephora. It would be nice if you could return it and be able to either get you're money back, or do an exchange, or store credit. That's the only thing that makes me think twice about ordering from them.
