Honestly, I was surprised at how fast I received my items. It only took three days. More importantly, I’m happy with how Ciaté London kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. I got an email when they received my order, when my order was processed and shipped (with tracking info), and when my order was delivered. I appreciate when a company goes the extra mile like that. I ordered 3 glitter liquid lipsticks and the Jessica Rabbit nail polish. I couldn’t be happier with the products. They all work as intended and the liquid lipsticks are so fun.
