It's not very often that a purchasing experience goes without a glitch. From Robyn in the showroom to Katie in the office, Pooky is a rare experience. They both went beyond the scope of their jobs to make this hassle-free. That resulted in outstanding customer service. As for the product, a gold ripple lamp shade, it's beautifully made and is an elegant addition to our home. Our lamp (now looking quite spiffy) and I thank you all at Pooky.
