First of all I am beyond excited for this light. It's beautiful and unique. I am rennovating my house and this is the light I am most excited about. The glass pieces are thick and so pretty.
Second of all, I am impressed with the customer service. They are kind, professinal, and you can tell this is a well run company that puts the customer first. I will absolutely shop here again.
