I was so excited to receive my rechargeable lamp 1 day after ordering. However, my item arrived broken. The lamp would not turn on after charging 10+ hours.I called customer service and they told me to send an email. What’s the point of customer service? Anyway, I sent the email, but didn’t receive a response. After a few days, I called customer service again. The rep was kind and sent me a return label, but she did not offer to replace the item. Very unfortunate, as I would have been willing to give this company a second chance prior to my return.
