Publishing my own always seemed too complicated but these guys at USA Author Services made it manageable. I had a few questions along they way and didn't always get always get quick replies, but when I did, they were helpful. The final print version looked good, and I appreciated that I wasn't pressured into unnecessary packages. These guys are the best if you want to publish without too much issues.
